Gas cylinder tag is made of high temperature resistant industrial ABS plastic/metal shielding material/epoxy resin can seal and ultrasonic welding, with good quality and performance.

*Chip memory encoding: 

Encoding of EPC code of RFID UHF transponders, UHF tag memory write, also from database provided by the client . Contents can be, temporarily or
permanently, locked through a password. EPC code and TID code association in database. TID code and progressive/barcode association.

Gas cylinder inventory and traceability system

Install RFID readers and antennas in the gas cylinder room and areas where real-time supervision of gas cylinders is required, and associate the gas cylinder filling type, production unit, batch number, service life and other data with RFID tags and enter them into the database. When the gas cylinder is delivered to or removed from the gas cylinder room, the RFID reader automatically identifies the RFID tag on the gas cylinder and updates the latest location of the gas cylinder to the background system. The system can query the inventory, quantity, user, usage time and other detailed information of the gas cylinder at any time to provide accurate data for management decisions.
